This CHINESE book shows you THREE hand form and two advanced weapon sets from the INTERNAL PA KUA STYLE. It shows 3 hand forms and the two weapon sets that are shown are the broadsword and the double crescent moon blades. The CHINESE book is 249 pages long. Includes many pictures on every page as well.
