well yeah i got beaten by a guy there was about 10 guys watching his cousins and friends the guy took me to the ground the good thing was that i didnt get that horrible adrenalin rush i could think ,i thought of what ever i trained , but it was probably lack of expirience, i got hit on my eye and i got my knee scraped .

Like my Sifu said, some of the best fighters have lost fights. Like I responded, "Yeah, and I'm not even the best fighter."

Train basic, very basic groundfighting. WC is fine you just need the guard, mount, the upa, and a couple basic armbars. Just practicing a little bit actually on the ground will help you.

well yes even the best loose , im happy my training worcked , i know how to execute the ambar but when u have a guy heavier than u on top of u its a different story, iam going to keep training till i become the best i can, i hadnt fouth since about three years or more when i was a little kid i was fast and i could beat anybody almost . one day i got a guy on his nutcrackers , u could say i lived in my schools office i was there every day, i dont know where that inner me is it got lost years ago, now i think im recuperating it, does any body know how i can get my inner self out

stay away from fights and the ground if you can. I think that is a better path for you.
