18 golden classics.....?

hi souljah - do u know the name in chinese at all? Maybe its because of the english translation?

it sounds like some kind of qigong exercise or something to me? Shi Ba Jin Jing? Could it b anything to do with the 18 Lohan hands?

Why do u wanna know about it anyway? Is it related ot your style? :)

I was thinking the same thing about the translation DEZ.

I know it IS a type of shaolin training though (slightly westernised i guess).
I dont know enough about the 18 lohan hands but it could well be.....:)

Im jus asking cos a close friend of mine says he does it and showed me some of the moves, they have the regulars in many styles (animal techniques, etc) I just wanted to do abit of research as i've only got my m8s word at the moment.....
