Pan Nam Wing Chun

Hey there WC fellas, anyone of you train in Pan Nam WC? I purchased the entire collection of Pan Nam VCD's while in china. I have been watching the Chum Kiu and Biu Tze videos very closely. Being that i do not speak mandarin nor cantonese can anyone explain why the Chum Kiu from this system is so different than Yip Man's. I especially think it is interesting to see Chum Kiu performed with "taichi-like" energy focus. i am very interested in understanding the different philosophies between these two styles. Thank you for your help.

LiLong Pan Nam WC is not as different from Yip Man as you think. Your perception depends upon whose YM WC you have been exposed to. Some focus a great deal on energy usage. Pan Nams Wc has influences other than WC in it. I havent seen the tapes so I dont know exactly what you are referring to.
