Hey Souljah!
I just heard today that London is a pretty good place for TCM.
This is how I got it down.

Naturally I am being biased but I would definitely say the College of Intergrated Chinese Medicine because it houses some of the best lecturers and practitioners in the country. The college is both TCM and 5-Element style acupuncture and they also do a 2 year Herb course there too, which was learnt directlky from Ted Kaptchuck. All the Acupuncture comes from China and J.R. Worsley from the Leamington Spa legend. It is considered to be genuinely be pretty much the best college in the UK. It has top resources and the biggest library on Chinese Medicine apparently in the UK.
Still I know the college up in York is another brilliant college too.
