Got any opinions on it or the three Sifus training the guys and girls?

RANK. 90% of what I have seen on it so far makes me cringe. The idea could of been made inot something good, but its pretty ghastly to be honest.

yes very true about the 10 being bad representatives of UkMA.
There are a couple of posts on this already.....
Its not a great show, but I'll still watch it due to the lack of MA related programs on TV.
Ididnt see last weeks show , what was their punishment for Don being harsh the week before>? And who got kicked out?
That was the last one I saw when they had to sit in Horse stance, but was amazed that they could hold it for 3 or so minutes.....with the longest being 5 minutes!!!
I guess they dont practice it much.....
