Hello, I've got one of those John Little books and in it is a picture of bruce lee using a very cool looking gripping machine. Does anyone manufacture them or is there a place I can purchase one?

there is a terrific page devoted to grip training at http://grippage.cyberpump.com/

there are many machines similar to the one bruce is using in the little books. ask the guys on the grip board.

I personally liked the idea of the one that Bruce Lee had where you could change the weight adjustment. However, I do have the COC trainer and just ordered the #1 from Ironmind. They definately cater to the needs of gripping!!
