Thank you for the article and agreed with his understanding of siu lum tao. I especially like the bong sao concept. In my school, the bong sao isn't just a "block" but a powerful weapon which can generate jamming power.

Everytime I do siu lum tao and get corrected by my sifu, I am always learning its meaning and personal awareness of its structure, power, and science.
