Once again, I love new training exercises and traditional exercises to make me a better fighter, does any body have any info on traditional full contact drills in southern styles(Hung Gar, Wing Chun, etc.) I like drills that toughen the body and increase stamina, muscular endurance, and pain tolerance for full contact. Any drill and or info is appreciated.

Practice three star blocking (arm smashing), but careful not to injure yourself.

You can also make creative drills with a partner, or a tree, or a tire, or whatever is at hand. If you have a partner, try simple attacks and defenses. Practice these over and over and over again.

These are just some absolute basics, but very very useful.
