Is there a difference between HUNG GAR and HUNG KUEN ?

No. Gar means family or clan. Kuen means fist. Hung Gar is often called Hung family style or Hung fist. All the same.

Although Is it Hung as in the family name, or Hung as in Red (boat). There are also diff. Hung lineages on both sides..some that are referred to as 'village style' etc with different forms and focuses.
