Spleen Qi

I think I have a lot of the sypmtoms of Spleen Qi deficiency. How would I go about trying to solve that problem?

What makes you think you have Pi Qi Xu (Spleen Qi Dificiency)?
What are your symptoms?

If its dark without bags its a Kidney issue (kidney Xu or possibly Jing Xu). If its a bag then It spleen Qi Xu. If its bags and darkness then its its a mixed condition of both. But darkness alone has nothing to do with Spleen. Puffiness in general in the body can either be Spleen Qi Xu or even Kidney Yang Xu e.g. water retention or Odema.
