Dit Da Jow Time

I've had a gallon of jow stewing in my closet for the past 10 months. How much longer should I give it before use?

Should be ready to use right now. Usual time span for Dit Da Jow is 6 months unless otherwise for a specific recipe. The longer you let it sit the more potent it is supposed to become. Get yourself a small glass bottle 4-6ounces and put jow in it and let the rest sit in a cool, dark and dry place. Hope this helps.
