Congratulation to Kai Uwe Pel on new Position at Shanghai Chin Woo
Congratulations to Master Kai Uwe Pel of Germany. He has just been given the position as the new Chief Instructor of Seven Star Mantis Boxing at the Shanghai Chin Woo Athletic Federation. I have known Kai Uwe Pel for over ten years and he has always been devoted to the northern mantis system. He has faced hardship, been censored, and has had to endure forced isolation, but through it all he has stayed devoted to his martial arts. He has studied in China, Hong Kong (then under British rule) and Singapore. He is one of the most knowledgeable northern mantis men in the world, but too humble for his known good lately, so I am posting this little note.
