6.30am-10.00am: muscle tendon change, iron body, techniques practice

10.30am-11.30am: kung fu class

11.30am-12.30pm: sparring

1.30pm-5.00pm- rest and eat as much as possible

6.00pm-??: go on a date with the most beautiful woman ever:D :D :D
