I think I wrote a review in the main forum. Do a search for "Iron Body Stone Warrior" because I compared the two in a post one day. If it's not there I think I actually saved that post on my computer so just ask me.

Um, yeah, the kit is good, but the only problem is that on the video the reps/sets/etc. is not given. I think they did that to keep it "for informational purposes only." However, why would they include the bags and the jow, then?
