Yes,it was.
But it was pretty good.
Had to watch it many times.
Especially those parts like "I could get my arm cut off,that´s suck" and "Now I can shoot lightnings from my fingertips and choke people with phone cords" or something like that.

They weren't that bad... just not what the star wars fans were expecting. I think a big part of the prob is Lucas editing and re-editing after he is done - he messes the films up that way. For example, the fight between yoda and tyranus was originally longer than what was shown in the movie. Lucas took some of it out as "it was not necessary to facilitate the flow of the story" BUT, he left the scenes of C3P0 running around looking for his head in - wtf??!??! Instead of that, he could've focused more on the jedi fights, which would have helped the story.

Since the jedi meet their demise in the next one, it should be action packed. Hopefully there's a good story to go with it.

I'm more looking forward to the Two Towers though - I can't wait until Wednesday!!!

episode two was worth it just to see yoda fight.

and the huge battle of the jedi's in that large collusium like arena was stunning.

i thought the first movie was boring, but it also took me over a month to finish the first book. in fact i was so disapointed in the first book i almost didn't start the others. i'm glad i did though .... once i started i couldn't put them down. i can't wait to see the ents in battle.
