Does anyone have any advice for sore joints?

When I train sometimes it can be pretty intense and for 3-4 days after it feels like my elbows and knuckles have been broken, then the pain stops.

any ideas how the pain can be relieved?

stop punching and elbowing buildings.

seriously, though, you shouldn't be going through that class in, class out. for your knuckles, be careful what you're hitting. for your elbows -- check your form. a person shouldn't be in constant pain in order to get better.

only near-constant pain ;)

Went to the Doc yesterday,

He said the pain was from taking too many hits in the forearm.
The grouping of muscles in the forearm is bruised right to the bone :(

No more KF for a week according to the doc.

this sounds like a job for dit da jow. do a search on the training forum for jow -- lots of good suggestions on its use and aquisition.

good luck on the healing and you'll be back whacking people in no time.

What it sounds more like is the perfect foundation for future arthritis. If this continues then you will probably guarantee yourself arthritis within the next 20-30 years. Maybe less.
