if i were you i'd either get the RKC video or the from russia with tough love vid(it acually has a lot more on it than the RKC vid) as you will see the form to use a bit better than in the book.
as for workouts, everybody posts their workouts on dragondoor and there are some exccellent ones that you can use.
i really enjoy the density style workouts or just taking my bell to the park and doing KB's mixed in with 100 metre runs.
