Do you have Quicktime?
Have you used your Quicktime to view other clips off the web?

It should work without a hitch with their free download.

This clip is in three sections.
1. Deng Ta technique using Kao Da method.
Partners must use 100% force in applying and resisting.
-This stage we learn what full power feels like and practice fajing on opponent in a safe, but effective manner.

2. Again the Deng Ta technique is applied, if partner doesn't fall a second fajing is immediately released to make him go down.
-This stage we learn what happens when we fall down. We learn how to take a fall when technique is applied.

3. Technique is applied in combination.
The first technique doesn't win the fight so we learn how to transform it to another technique.

It's working now i don't know what was wrong why i could'nt see them before.
