I have always been aware that training SPM leads to bone reshaping/development, and only recently have really understood why this bone shaping is required to allow for more proficient self defense. There has been alot of change in the shape of the shoulders as a result the back has opened up more and the chest has become abit more compact. I am curious about other southern styles. What sort of bone changing is incurred by practicing them, and how this develops fighting ability. Any feedback appreciated.
