Went to my first KF class yesterday

And I am really sore today! My body is aching, but it feels good. Class was good, haven't worked out like that in years. Sweat was just pouring, and my shirt was soaked in sweat after class, a great workout, and I look forward to working out more with sifu Jack Soderberg.

This was my first class in KF. I did two and a half years of TKD a while back.

carly- The school I chose is called Create Develop and Flow academy, and the sifu is Jack Soderberg. It's an eclectic school, Lama Pai Crane, Jkd, Wing Chun, among others, and a little bjj thrown in.
