I thought this was a joke at first. That sucks sooo much.

its basic iron body with crappy empty movements with no base.


I'm nothing, but I could kick the crap out of that guy. His hand techniques suck and even if somehow they did work, he could get taken down easilly.


The iron body sucks too, no relaxing, just tensing. WTF? Why waste your time? Lift weights and play football.

don't know how they would do in UFC tho' or other NHB. if they get taken down i don't think steel body can stop arm bars etc.
