Please don't try to learn forms from a video. Especially animal forms, because they are high level forms and hard to master. You can learn which move comes after another, but you can't learn the small but important details in each technique (As a martial artist you know much little things can affect the technique). In other words, you'll have no idea how the technique actually works.

In choy lee fut animal forms are rated the highest level of forms, and they are taught to the practisioner after years of training, when he can master the basic techniques and a lot more.

And the animal styles usually require some sort of bodystucture and personality, in order to get the full advantage of the animal's abilities.

I suggest you just go and find yourself a clf gwoon and start training clf from the beginning.

PS. I'm sorry, if my assumption was wrong, that you're not a clf practisioner yet.
