I know some wu shu guys that are F'n good fighters and not just in demo's either. If you don't believe me then just stop by Four Seasons Martial Arts School in Lexington and see for yourself. They do wu shu, MMA, boxing, Aikido, and Sil Lum Kung Fu. They call it Sil Lum instead of Shaolin so they won't be mistaken for Sin The' and Shaolin Do. That would be terrible.
