A few years ago I was hanging out with some guys in a band around the austin area. They had a song and the lyrics went like this:

I can't remember the name of the **** band and I want to track down their album!!

That's a pretty standard schoolyard rhyme spoof. And there's approximately 12 rock bands in Austin for every molecule in the universe. You're asking for a loooooong shot, Red.

I know, they were fairly well known in Austin and Houston anyway, I am trying to think of some more song lyrics but can't at the moment!!

Standard rock band? Nothing else struck you about them? Did they have a couple of horn players? Did the bassist look like an insurance salesman? Whatever info you could give......
