Shooting Chi from the finger tips?

Has anyone here ever met someone who demonstrated shooting chi from their fingertips? I"m not talking about how someone heard this and that, but actually experienced it first hand.

This is a fairly basic skill and anyone with a few months of chi gung can do it.
I've met lots of people who can do this. It's nothing special, really.
