A bunch of our students just attended a mixed karate and kung fu tournament south of Seattle.
One of my SiDai's who is around 15 competed in the continous sparring event.
Anyways, within 10 seconds he knocked the other guy out and was disqualified. He did a right, left straight punch combo followed by a short sao chui/hook punch.
He claimed it wasn't even full power but the guy just walked into it.
My Sifu woke the student up with some Dit Da Yau under his nose. He was OK but they still had to take him to the hospital in case he had a concussion.
You guys might think I'm bragging...and you'd be right.
