Does anyone know the English translation for the different forms of these two styles.

Hi Firehawk,

Very impressive post. Allow me to make a slight adjustment to the list. I think the source of information might experienced some translation difficults.

16 Holes should in fact be 16 moves. The word holes and moves sounds alike in Cantonese. This is a set, which has Hakka style influence. It is also the first form of Lung Ying (Dragon Style)

Crossing Bridge 3 times is not an accurate translation. The 3 times missed the original meaning of the "Sarm Tong" power. The title of the form is "Sarm Tong Guo Kiew". Sarm refers to the power generation whereas Guo Kiew refers to the many ways of making contact with the forearms (the bridges).
