Is this book called the Striking Snake Manuvers any good what does it have in it ? I ordered a copy plus a book that is called The Naja Cobra of the Seven Star System that is a Snake Kung Fu system that comes from Fukien Province .

Is that the one by Leung Ting? If so, I have it and it's pretty average.

I have that book and yeah its not too bad. it just gives you techniques. it is not a form and there are about 46 or 48 movements. I haven't looked at it in years. The techniques look abit awkward to use and leave too many openings.:)
