I dunno what actually caused the damage - but I had to skip most everything on the training list today :(

I didnt feel any pain until a couple hours later, tracked it down to the sparring. I think its all good to be used etc, it only hurts in certain positions and if I push on it right. Responds to asprin, so it cant be that bad eh? I wrapped it up to hit the heavy bag (no kicking) all seems ok. Just sucks :(
