Okay time to fess up folks.

Honestly ;)

How much time do you spend training your WCK daily?
Does it vary much, do you in quiter times of your life up the pace?
This is my schedule which I am able to comply to roughly 90% of the time.

WCK- 2x30 minute sessions, one in the morining, one in the evening and a 60min session in the middle of the day.
Plus 3 x 2hr classes a week.

Qi gong- 40 minutes a day

General fitness- 45min to 60min a day.

I am considering missing some sleep and jamming in another short WCK session.
I think the ancestors would shake their heads in dismay. LOL

I would love to hear others schedules.

Wing Chun- 2 to 3 hours a day.

General fitness (weight training)- 1 to 2 hours a day.

Time at work- 4 to 6 hours a day

Sleep- 5 to 6 hours a night

Time with family- 2 to 3 hours a day

Time driving from place to place- 3 hours a day

Free time (for everything else!)- 3 hours a day

Where to squeeze in more training time? --Work less hours.

No stalkers please! j/k!

Work and drive time: 6am - 4:30pm, Mon-Fri, full-time job, long drive :(.

Chi Gong / Tai Chi / Shaolin 5 animals / Wing Chun: 4:30pm - 9pm Mon-Fri (to 10pm on Wed) & 8am - 1:30pm on Sat... Aver. about 30+ hrs per week.

Social/Love/Domestic life: 10pm - sleeptime Mon-Fri (about 2-3 hrs), then 2pm on Sat to Sunday night.

Sleeptime: 5 - 6 hrs. a night.

Free up more time for personal life? Less sleep...

Gotta go back to work! You guys ever get tired too? Sheesh!

Keep practicing,
-Savi.

Hi all.

I train 6x 1.5h classes a week in WC and 3x 1h classes a week in Yang TC. Fridays my only day off from WC. Plus 2x 1hour dedicated sparring classes a week in WC.

Probably minimum of an hour a day working on forms, footwork etc on my own at home.

Part of the experience JK! Gotta broaden the mind to places we don't like to go... I only post here and there sometimes at work when I get bored. Rarely when at home.

The San Sau will never be a part of this, and the Hau Chyun can only be absorbed through the eyes in this case, but not by the ears.

I'm sorry, what did you say? Couldn't hear you!

LOL! -Savi.
