Energy Bars

Are energy bars worth it or not? Why or why not?

Worth it for what? As supplements? As replacement meals? As snacks?

IMHO, I feel they are only worth it as a 'last resort' when you don't have access to regular whole food or a MRP. Even the 'good' protein bars are ok at best due to the sugar content.

i'm on a no-bar diet. i'll do shakes and all that, but bars give me fàrts. last thing in need to do is a butterfly stretch when mr. stinky wafts on up.
