Kung fu punches, kicks, and kickball!!!!!! This is great@!

Punching in kung fu is an important skill. To deliver a really fast punch, you should hit the bag a LOT. Also, some people like to punch in the air, to practice speed and technique. This is good too. I would highly recommend both.

Also important, but in a different way, are kung fu kicks. Kicks are are the best kind of strike you can do with your feet. Maintain doing enough kicks, and you will eventually get better at kicks. Not everyone likes practicing kicks, but some people do. Kicking isn't for everyone I guess, but you might want to try it. Some people find kicks very useful.

Also, some people enjoy playing kickball. It is similar to baseball, only you use your feet (again, like with the kicks!!). It has basically the same rules, except to get the person out you can usually throw the ball at them (not too hard!). You dont have to tag them while holding the ball. But I hear you can still hold the ball and stand on 1st base if they havent got there yet, and that will get them out too. Like Kung Fu, the rules of kick ball differ from school to school. And how rough it is played depends on what grade you are in.

Yeah, it's instinct to try to break a fall with your toe but you can really hurt it that way.
