Weight Lifting Accidents

Do you guys know of any links with some pictures of weight lifting accidents. I would appreciate any links.

I don't have any links but I saw a picture one time of an Olympic Lifter who was doing a clean and press I guess but the bar slipped or something and someone got a picture of it in mid fall, and his arms and joints were all bent the wrong way and the bar was crushing his neck.

That may be the longest sentense on KFO.

Another mental picture:

I saw a guy at the gym in high-school miss the rack on a regular bench press just as wall did. The dropped directly onto his mouth. I heard a bloodcurdling scream, muffled around an olympic bar mind you, and the sounds of the plates sliding off one side and hitting the floor. When the coaches helped him up, turns out he only chipped his two front teeth (high-schooler probably didn't have that much weight on, but I can't remember), but I'll never forget the sound of a human scream around a two inch thick steel "gag". Yuck.
