Hey, guess what? Adriano Luciano from the top team is gonna be teaching at our club the whole month of feb to help us get ready for the Arnold's. He's teaching all of the regular classes and offering private classes.

Umm, when are the arnolds? I have an 8-man pro division thing in NJ on the 29th of March, and the Pan-Am's are one month later. So..... in short, I don't know :D

Actually, after re-reading the rules, I'm probably going to be competing in Intermediate, which probably means I'm going to have my ass stomped flatter than Serpent's mother. But it'll be a learning experience :D

Nah, I'm at a TA in TN. It's actually a Royce school, but we befriended Adriano last time he was here, so he was more than happy to come train us for the month.
