yeah that punching cars thing is a little extreme for training, but i wish you the best in your recovery Reemul. i have been engaged in wood chopping here as it is getting cold in Taos and winter is on the way here. wood burning stoves are great for keepin your place warm. yes wood choppin bike riding and others things are keeping me fit and trim. november is almost upon us and my thoughts reflect to the task and challenge at hand. whereas i am not ****ed anymore at Reemuls comments on SD i am still eager to prove him wrong. i will say that altitude and mountains and the training therein makes it challenging for me.
i am looking forward to getting down to thicker air. congrats on the belt advancement Rad! i will be in touoch soon. take care.
