anyone else do this. I do some of the 8 section brocade stuff to help stretch out my arms. I think it enables me to lift slightly more/ longer but this probably isn't news to you.

I don't know why. Just to stay relaxed I guess. Not a hell of a lot to do when you're sitting on an inclined bench.
