I was wondering how different people out there train iron body or if they train it at all. The way I pratice is with bags filled with mung beans and strike various parts of my body. I usally do some qigong first. Is this a correct way to do it? Please resond with any info, that would be cool.

You might want to try asking the same question on the Meditation/QiGong boards as I see alot of threads come up regarding iron shirt, wrist hardening, etc.

Not sure on the correct Taiwan terminology, but this (iron body) was much more intense than beans in a bag. What kind of conditioning do you do?
