does anyone know where i can see/download forms or demos online?

There are a bunch of places.
www.wushucentral.com .... it has mostly wushu forms, some traditional stuff, but oodles and oodles of downloads.
www.russbo.com .... A lot of Shaolin forms performed by monks and deciples from around the Shaolin area (I think the ones school is in Dengfeng).

word, If you look, there are a few traditional videos (like 12 out of 1000).

Russbo is now streaming everything using quicktime. Some really good stuff there.

Is a Hung Gar site with all their forms in the download area of the site.They are long clips to not little 5sec views.

Also you can go to Grokster and put in martial arts or wushu and get plenty of stuff.
