I've been doing and love all the old-school strong men exercises that you guys have links to like body by fish and, if you can get passed the ads, the mat furey stuff. Plus, the links to ringside and iron mind are totally great since I've bought tons of stuff through them.

I'm married with a kid so I can't find the time to go to kung fu and the gym, it's an either/or type situation and I'm sticking to kung fu. All I have is a set of 50lbs dumbells and a set of 35lbs dumbells. Are there more links to weight free or limited equipment sites for strength and power building that you guys know of? Like I said, the info here is great, I'm just checking to see if I missed anything.
