Why was "Lin Po Chuan" made the basic starter foundation set of the Northern Shaolin System? and where did it come from?

My understanding is that that was a Chin Woo thing that sort of stuck...

Lin Po Chuan was introduced into the Northern Shaolin System
by ku Yu Cheong himself. This was done during the time that he was teaching at his schools in Guang Tung and Guang Chou. These schools were governed by the "Central National Arts Provincial School Association in Canton (The Government sponsored Organization)."

This organization is definitely not the Chin Wu Association.

Lin Po Chuan is a very good foundation builder set or form because it
teaches the beginner proper structure and alignment, stances and footwork, how to move, and etc. that is compatible to the core teachings of the Northern Shaolin System.

This Lin Po Chuan is from the famous Cha Family System Master
Wu Chih Ching via Master Wang Shao Chou, One of the famed "Five
Tigers of Northern China." This Basic Foundation Set was taught at the Guang Si Provincial School of the "Central National Arts Provincial School Association of Canton." Additionally, this Lin Po Chuan may bear the same name but is not the same set or form as the one Dr. Yang Jwing Ming and others of the Northern Shaolin Long Fist System does, doing and/or is teaching.
