Hi. I'm new to this forum. I think its great. I don't currently practice a martial art, but i plan to as soon as possible. I was hoping you guys could help me learn about the style I'm thinking about taking. So if you have any opinions or info on Choy Lay Fut it would be greatly appreciated. Also if you now any movies or books about the Choy Lay Fut style I would love to hear about them. I look forward to taking martial arts again and using this forum and all the forums this site has to expand my love of the martial arts.

As 7* said there are some knoweledgeable choy li fut people on the southern forum... just watch out and dont worry about all the arguing and politics - its almost as bad as my style - wing chun :eek:
