heeey, nice pic...
YJM told us about that stuff last year during one of his qigong seminars...he said that recently astronomers discovered the universe had a bipolar structure, yin and yang...
But I guess he wasn't expecting that achieving to take a shot of it would so closely ressemble the trad. yin and yang drawing...
great pic...
next thing: qi discovered ;)

Ok.
Um, I would assume that to photograph the whole universe you would need to be photographing from a vantage point outside of the universe, and since the universe is supposedly infinately big that would be impossible.
Or, you could do it from a far corner with a lense that was infinately panoramic, but you'd still be missing what was in the space that was occupied by your camera.
Or was this thread a joke that I totally missed?

It was me who said it, not TaoBoy. Is it protein powder that is banned down there? I remember like a year ago someone told me something that was consider "normal" up here was banned down there. I really thought it was Creatine but maybe not. Maybe it was one of the various andro supplements, or ECA stacks or something.

Ironfist - saying that it's a photo of the whole universe is a simplification to make a catchy thread title. The image (as you'd know if you read the explanation below it;) ) is an all sky map of radiation in the cosmic microwave background.
No, I don't really know what that means either.
