any real fights?

Does anyone have streaming video of wing chun being used in a fight not a tournament. I see plenty of tourn. on video. If anyone has some please post.

I would be surprised if anything like that existed, but I would be interested to see it as well.

Also would be interesting to note the skill level of the practicioner in the fight.
