Roy Harris has a school that teaches MMA, JKD and other stuff. Has anyone heard of this guy? I"m not familiar with the guys outside of kung fu. His website looks good though...

Apparently, he is a very good teacher. He also holds a BJJ black belt. His instructional videos look great. In fact I'll be getting his BJJ 101 DVD very soon. I'd be visiting him if I lived close.

I have a friend who studied with Roy Harris, its JKD Concepts/Vunack system though Roy is also big time into BJJ from what I understand.

I hear he is excellent.

I don't know anyone that's trained with him, but the articles on his site are excellent. I've posted links to his site several times on KFO

Roy posts a lot on www.mma.tv.

He has a Q&A area with Michael "Bolo" Jen. Read some of his replies - that should give you an idea of his knowledge.
