The speed of Qi

How does one improve the speed of Qi? For me it takes an intense amount of concentration to move my Qi at all, and when I do, it's like molasses, is there any type of traing to make it flow quicker?

Keep practising, thats the only way I can think of.

Of course, there are other ways but none without the intervention and proper guidance of a very well achieved guru.

Some teachers often say, when you reach the level of adsorbtion, come back out and re-enter. It's not so important how "deep" you are, but it's very important that you are able to go "deep" when you need to...

etc.

edit: of course, your qi is always flowing with your thoughts, but allowing your mind to become subtle enough to experience it is the problem here.

Just continue to practice! As you practice blockages will dissolve and your chi will flow easier.

Qi is not recognized by physics/chemistry so we are yet to find out it´s speed.
