you'll definitely want to go with what is known as the....

"Brazilian Defense"!
Employ the Brazilian Defense opening when opponents begin the game by playing pawn to e4 and Knight to f3 . The first moves of the opening are: 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Qe7. The opening is apparently also known as the Queens Defense, Levenstien Defense and Kings Knight Gunderam Defense.

Yep, I was thinking about going scotch, just start out really aggressive since he is a reserved player but he is also a better player then I.
