German Wing Chunner

Hi, im trying to find out some info about a wing chun teacher in germany. his name is Paul Baiers or something like it. i'm quite sure thats spelling is wrong cos all the searches ive tried didn't help.

If anyone knows how it might be or any info about him id be very gratefull.

You are probably talking about "Phillip Bayer" from the Wong Shun Leung lineage. Do a search for that name. He is missing a hand by the way.
