Despite being into CMA I was reading about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and found out that the Gracies are actually descendants of a Scotsman who moved to Brazil.

No wonder the system is so effective - you always end up on the ground after a bottle of whisky and six pints of 80 shilling.

Thats cos there aint no native brazilian last name.
Or if there is, very few peeps have em, i think maybe, just maybe, some of todays "indians" might hve the name of their tribe as last name, or not.
Most have portuguese last names, like Silva, Santos and others.
If not, then Italian, German... lotsa places from the world.

Only one way to tell for sure.

Next time there's a packed UFC with 5,000 screaming fans try dropping a 50 pence peice.

If it hit's Royce in the back of the head he's definitely Scottish!

Xeb would know, but to support his thesis, I will offer up the famous Brazilian architect Oscar Neimeyer.

If I explained it, it wouldn't be funny Ish.

Yup, Copper wire was invented by two Scotsmen fighting over a penny peice.

2/10 must try harder.

(Ish....if he was Scottish, he would hear it falling, and move so fast in the act of catching it that.........)
