Has anyone ever met Sifu Noel Ives in NY? I believe he lives in Brooklyn?
Can anyone provide any additional information on him?

I would like to know if he is teaching seven stars PM or not.

I don't know about Noel but my Senior brother Sifu
Micheal Whetstone teaches in Brooklyn.He is student of Sifu Thomas (Seung Ga Faat) and he is legit 7-Star.
